"Sketch of Dave" 16" X 12" Oil on Canvas Kelly Borsheim Price List

This painting is a quick, loose style sketch of one of my all-time favorites models, Dave Larson. This work sat in my studio for over a year, waiting for me to turn my attention away from sculpture in order to finish it. I am so glad I waited. I really enjoyed the feel of this image and chose to leave it with the fresh feel. I only did minor touchups in May 2002. The colors are raw umber and titanium white -- another tonal study. The painting is framed in a wonderful bronze-y colored metal frame.
